Pocono Mountain Maple

Nestled across 450 scenic acres in Newfoundland, Pennsylvania, Pocono Mountain Maple (part of Pocono Mountain Farms) is recognized as Pennsylvania’s largest organic maple farm. Family-owned and operated by the Bentler family, whose local farming roots span generations, the farm is dedicated to sustainable agriculture, land preservation, and fostering a genuine connection to the natural environment.

Visitors can experience the time-honored craft of maple sugaring through educational farm and sugar shack tours. Guests can discover how pure sap is harvested and processed, followed by tastings of signature products, including pure organic maple syrup, bourbon barrel-aged syrup, and refreshing bottled maple water. The farm also hosts seasonal wellness gatherings, including yoga sessions by the boathouse.

In addition to agritourism experiences, Pocono Mountain Maple welcomes overnight guests and private gatherings. The property offers six fully equipped cabins alongside a lake house, providing a peaceful lakeside setting for retreats, weekend getaways, family celebrations, and weddings in the Pocono Mountains.
